The atmosphere of the opening of the National Level Coordination Meeting (RKTN).
IHF.OR.ID, DEPOK – Ikatan Guru Semai Benih Bangsa (IGSBB) for the first time held a National Level Coordination Meeting (RKTN) directly on Monday, September 23, 2024, at the HTC Building, Indonesia Heritage Foundation (IHF), Depok, West Java. The RKTN was attended by provincial and district/city level IGSBB administrators from various regions in Indonesia.
IHF Executive Director, Rahma Dewi, was present and officially opened the RKTN which took place from 08.00 to 16.00 WIB. In her speech, she could not hide her appreciation for this event. Rahma Dewi felt that this RKTN was like a long-awaited reunion and the momentum was still in the atmosphere of IHF’s anniversary.
“I’m touched, I want to cry, really, ma’am, because this is IHF’s 24th anniversary gift. So, you can come here, it’s amazing, from all over Indonesia. It feels like a reunion, yes, ma’am, from the first batch that was still training in Mekarsari, the batch that was still 21 days of training, I remember very well,” she said while trying to hold back tears.

One of the agendas in this RKTN was the inauguration of the IGSBB Central Board for the 2024-2026 Period by the Chairman of the Semai Benih Bangsa Teacher Foundation, Hendrik Purnama. The inaugurated central board members are Mia Anggaeraini (Chairperson), Heri Agung Satyawan (Daily Chairperson), Mawari Melati Almas Saniy (Secretary), Minandari (Treasurer and Entrepreneurship), Arfida Luthfiyasari (CBHE Consultant Coordinator), Anisa Nur Rohmah (Training Coordinator), Rusmanto (Western Region Public Relations Coordinator), Nur Ain Hasan (Central Region Public Relations Coordinator), and Elsye Carolina Qui (Eastern Region Public Relations Coordinator).

Apart from the inauguration of the central level IGSBB management, the RKTN which was also held online also inaugurated the IGSBB Regional Management at the provincial and district/city levels for the 2024-2026 period. After the opening and inauguration ceremony, the RKTN activities continued with the agenda of socializing the IGSBB AD/ART, talk shows about how to run and develop an organization, and work meetings.
