IHF.OR.ID, DEPOK – The Character-Based Holistic Education College (STPHBK) has reaffirmed its commitment to educational quality by welcoming three new lecturers with doctoral degrees. This achievement is not only a source of pride for the institution, but also a guarantee of improved teaching quality and character-based curriculum development in Indonesia.
“We believe that the quality of lecturers determines the quality of graduates. With the addition of lecturers with doctoral degrees who are experts in their fields, we are increasingly ready to produce future educators and educational leaders who are not only intelligent but also have strong character,” said STPHBK Chair Ratna Megawangi.
The three lecturers successfully completed their doctoral studies at renowned universities in the field of education. Riski Septiadevana graduated from the Doctor of Philosophy Primary School Education Program at Sultan Idris Education University, Malaysia. Meanwhile, Raisa Rakhmania and Florence Yulisinta Jusung successfully completed their doctoral education in the Doctor of Educational Psychology Program at Atma Jaya University.

They bring deep expertise in pedagogy, curriculum, and educational research that is highly relevant to STPHBK’s vision of producing graduates who are intellectually superior and have strong character.
